Step	Customer Steps	3DPlanView Steps	Comments
1	Customer selects a 2D Plan.		Pick a plan from our Stock Plan List
2	Place order for 3D renderings based on your stock plan choice.		Enter the order request via Place An Order link.
3		3DPlanView acknowledges the order.	3DPlanView typically responds with an email within 1-2 business days. The email may also provide further information regarding the order and request input from the customer to complete the design.
4		3DPlanView sends invoice to customer.	An invoice(bill) is sent via email to the customer when the 3D Design Package is ready to ship.
5	Customer pays invoice.		To pay, click on payment link in the invoice email or send payment through standard mail.
6		3DPlanView ships Design Package.	When 3DPlanView receives confirmation of payment the 3D Design Package is shipped. (Click on Stock Package Contents for more information on Design Package options)
