3D Rendering Project Details

3DPlanView requires a 2D plan indicating the room dimensions for each floor of a plan up to 3 stories. 3D renderings can be created from:

• dwg CAD files (preferred format for all floor plans)

• PDFs

• traditional blueprints or construction documents

• detailed scaled line drawings

• remodel floor plan sketches and photos of existing structure

Customer must own the rights to build and or edit their floor plan.

Customer places an order, and submits their 2D  plan.

Send floor plans as an attachment to:
floorplan@3dplanview.com  We accept file formats .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .tiff, .psd, .png, .dxf, or .dwg. 

OR

Send floor plans on CD, DVD, or print to:

It is not necessary to provide a paper copy of a blueprint.  Customer will be charged shipping costs to return 2D plans.

3DPlanView reviews customer's floor plan
and form responses.

3DPlanView may also email the client questions (sample list)  to determine their exact needs.
Price will be calculated.

3DPlanView will create a temporary Client Page for the customer.

If quote is accepted, 3DPlanView invoices customer  for down payment.

3DPlanView  will submit an email invoice for down payment 1/2 of the total price of project.  Customer may pay with any major credit card or e-check.  Business checks via US mail are also accepted.

Customer pays  down payment invoice.

Customer may also give 3DPlanView the right to choose building materials (such as paint and flooring) and building design elements (such as moldings and door style).  3DPlanView will use the style of your home as inspiration and apply choices accordingly. 

3DPlanView begins to creates 3D model and posts preview 3D images as needed to customer's Client Page

At times, 3D images will be posted to client page to clarify questions about the 3D model. 

During the 3D model construction customer's sometimes request changes to the choices they originally submitted.  These preview images will be used to clarify change order requests. to the 3D model.   3D preview images will also show the customer 3D model progress.

3DPlanView will make client's requested changes and post new images.  3DPlanView will send an invoice to the customer for requested changes.
