Materials in your 3D floor plan renderings can be "Custom Matched."

You may choose a pre-packaged 3DPlanView "Design Style."

"Custom Matched" 3D Renderings:  If you are purchasing a custom 3D floor plan set of renderings, you have the option to match all of your home's selections as: flooring, wall coverings, tile, siding, paints etc. You may also choose moldings, windows, doors, appliances and fixtures matched to your selections. 
If needed, 3DPlanView will "fill in" selections that have not been decided upon
with materials that complement your colors and styles.

Pre Packaged "Design Style" : To expedite the custom 3D rendering process, and lessen the price per square foot, customer may choose one of the 6 floor plan design styles, described on this page, below. 

When you choose one of the featured Design Styles - the pre packaged furnishings, fabrics, wall color, window treatments, trim finish-out etc. will be applied to your 3D virtual model.  Minor modifications will be made as needed to complement  the over-all style of your home plan. 
 

Styles for all "listed" stock 3D floor plans are pre-selected by 3DPlanView.
