Step by Step 3D Rendering Project Your 3D project will be divided into 4 major tasks: 1. In order to show you pictures, we must first construct your floorplan inside our computers as a digital 3D model. Using your blueprint, we virtually "build" your entire house, or just the rooms you wish to see. We follow the same dimensions and specifications your builder will follow when he builds the home on your lot. 2. After your "3D model" is complete, we will be able to virtually photograph it. These photographs are also known as "3D renderings." These 3D renderings are the pictures that will show you what your house will look like before it is actually built. 3. You may also elect to have customizations. Customized items and materials must be created digitally and added to your 3D model before we create the your 3D renderings." With such customizations, your 3D renderings will show what real world products, of your choice, will look like in your home before you actually make the purchase. 4. A webpage, your "Client Page," is created. Your "Client Page" will have all 3D renderings posted for viewing and/or download. For an additional fee, the 3D renderings can be assembled into a TourBuzz Virtual Tour.
Step	Customer's Responsibility	3DPlanView's Responsibility
1.	Complete request for quote form
2.	Submit floorplan
3.	Submit photos, manufacture details for all customizations.
4.		Request is reviewed along with all the floorplan and submitted customizations.
5.		Prepare and email quote.
6.	Accepts or rejects quote.
7.		If client accepts quote, send invoice for down payment.
8.	Pays down payment.
9.		Client is placed on 3DPlanView project queue.
10.		A web page or "Client Page" is created to facilitate communication and post 3D media.
11.		3D model is created from client's floor plans.
12.		3D renderings, non-photo real, are placed on "Client Page" if questions or verification are needed on plan, items, materials or other customizations.
13.		Invoice for balance due is sent.
14.	Pays balance due.
15.		3D photo real renderings of 3D virtual model are created and placed on "Client Page".
16.	May choose to submit requests for further customizations to produce different versions of their floorplan.
17.		3DPlanView bids fee for customizations and invoice is sent to client
18.	Pays invoice for further customizations and changes.
18.		Photo real 3D renderings of newly requested customizations are placed on "Client Page".
18.	If virtual tour or video slide show was purchased, client chooses which 3D renderings to include.
18.		Virtual tour or video slide show created and links are posted on "Client Page."
17.		Downloadable .zip folders of all 3D media are placed on "Client Page".
