Custom 3D Rendering Process
Step	Customer's Responsibility	3DPlanView's Responsibility	Comments
Choose a Plan	Customer selects a 2D Plan.		3DPlanView requires a 2D plan indicating the room dimensions for each floor of a plan up to 3 stories. 3D renderings can be created from: dwg CAD files (preferred format for all floor plans) PDFs traditional blueprints or construction documents detailed scaled line drawings remodel floor plan sketches and photos of existing structure Customer must own the rights to build and/or edit their floor plan.
Request a Quote	Customer submits their plan for a quote.	3DPlanView reviews customer's floor plan and form responses.	1)Complete the Place An Order form. 2) Submit floor plan: Send floor plans as an attachment to: floorplan@3dplanview.com We accept file formats .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .tiff, .psd, .png, .dxf, or .dwg. OR Send floor plans on CD, DVD, or print to: 3DPlanView ATTN: Designers Suite 140, MS 164 5435 North Garland Avenue Garland, Texas 75044 It is not necessary to provide a paper copy of a blueprint. Customer will be charged shipping costs to return 2D plans. 3DPlanView may also email the client questions (sample list) to determine their exact needs. Price will be calculated.
3DPlanView Creates a Quote		3DPlanView creates a custom quote explaining the 3D rendering price and process.	3DPlanView creates and emails a quote tailored to the customer's specific project. Quote includes specific agreement details and down payment information. Quote will also stipulate time to delivery.
Client Reviews Quote	Customer reviews quote and accepts or rejects via email.
Client Accepts Quote		If customer accepts terms of quote, 3DPlanView invoices client for down payment.	3DPlanView will submit an email invoice for down payment. Client may pay, via PayPal, with any major credit card or e-check. Business checks via US mail may also be accepted in some agreements.
Down Payment	Client pays down payment invoice.	3DPlanView verifies payment.
Detail Gathering Phase	Data Gathering Phase: Client submits all information needed for 3DPlanview to create 3D images. 3DPlanView will need similar information that a builder or an interior decorator would need to complete a project. This is the time the Client should makes his wishes clear and defined.	3DPlanView reviews submitted list of building materials and design items that are to be included in 3D renderings. 3DPlanView gathers all information and data into a list, then submits list for client approval.	If the client wishes to have control over building materials (such as paint and flooring) and building design elements (such as moldings and door style), they must submit specific information about such items in the form of style, color, model numbers and or .jpg examples of each. If the client has not made material choices, he must agree that 3DPlanView has the right to choose building materials (such as paint and flooring) and building design elements (such as moldings and door style). 3DPlanView will use the style of your home as inspiration and apply choices accordingly.
Client Must Verify and Sign-Off on Details	Client reviews lists of building materials, building information, and design items. Client edits list if needed and submits a complete and final list to 3DPlanView as an approved list. After this approved list is submitted, no further free changes will be allowed. See # 1 Change Order Requests
3D Model Begins		3DPlanView uses Client's design information and begins to creates 3D model. 3DPlanView begins to post preview 3D images to Client's Client Page	At times, 3D images will be posted to client page to clarify questions about the 3D model. During the 3D model construction Client's sometimes request changes to the choices they originally submitted. See # 2 Change Order Requests Preview images on the Client Page will be used to clarify change order requests. 3D preview images will also be displayed to show the 3D model's progress.
3D Renderings Created		3DPlanView completes the 3D project's images, along with any requested changes, and submits invoice to Client for final payment.
Balance Payment Due	Client pays final payment	3DPlanview verifies final payment. 3DPlanview Post Final 3D images to Client Page
Additional Modifications	Client may wish to request changes to their final posted 3D images. He may submit new building materials and ideas in order to see his 3D rooms with an entirely different look.	3DPlanView will make client's requested changes and post new images. 3DPlanView will send an invoice to the Client for changes.
