Advantages:
Large shower, 48x34
Direct access to Gym
Good Access to Bedroom/Office
Direct access to storage under stairs
Disadvantages:
Toilet area not private
Sink is smallish - 36" wide.
May need to clip corner off front right of shower to give more room to the space in front of toilet - may require a site built shower

Mirrors are located on 3 walls, surrounding the custom countertop.
Along with the shower and toilet, center mirror reflection shows treadmill located in the home gym.

Advantages:
Large 64 inch wide custom corner sink
Large corner shower 42x42
Direct Access to Gym
Good access to Bedroom/Office
Toilet is tucked out of the way
Access to under stair storage via custom hamper cabinet

Disadvantages:
Because of the load bearing finger wall,  may require site built shower pan to best fit the space
Will require a custom corner sink cabinet and counter top.
Will probably require a custom built cabinet for hamper.
