Factors That Influence Price

3DPlanView's 3D renderings are a great value and are very competitively priced.  These are some of the factors taken into consideration when pricing a quote for your custom 3D rendering project.

Project Complexity:
A steeply sloped lot with walk out basements, more than 2 floors, more than one stairway, custom trim moldings and millwork, extensive custom cabinetry,  intricate interior and exterior architectural details will place the price per square foot at the higher end of the price range.

CAD File Format:
If you submit a .dwg floor plan file then the price per square foot will be less. 

Note to customers who already have their floor plan in "Chief Architect" file format:
If your floor plan is already in the Chief Architect ".plan" format, and the model is just in need of decor or finish-out work, please contact 3DPlanView for special pricing.


Extent of Client Design Input:

If client chooses no landscape or interior furnishings the price per square foot will be at the lowest end of the price range.

If client chooses to allow 3DPlanView to decide on the furnishings, materials and landscape for your 3D renderings similar to those found on the Design Style page (based on a pre-packaged set of colors, flooring, furnishings, decor etc.) price per square foot will be near the middle of the price range. 

If client chooses custom materials (exactly replicated carpet, hardwood, wall coverings, paints, cabinet stain, fabrics, bricks, stone, landscape etc.) matched to the actual goods planned for use in the  their building project, then the price per square foot will be at the higher end of the price range.

Please Note
If Client chooses custom materials one set of "client chosen" materials, design, and decor options will be included in the quoted price per square foot

Changes will be an additional charge. 

Special items created for client such as light fixtures will be charged item by item depending on the item complexity (usually $10.00-$50.00)
